Separate ceremonies swear in new commander and supervisors

CLEVELAND – Mayor Frank G. Jackson will preside over two Cleveland Division of Police ceremonies on Wednesday, March 27. The first ceremony appoints the newest Division of Police commander and the second ceremony promotes 2 lieutenants to captain, and 8 police officers to sergeant.
