City of Cleveland Releases Statement Regarding Amazon Headquarters Proposal

CLEVELAND – The City of Cleveland today released a statement regarding requests for the Amazon headquarters proposal:

“The City of Cleveland is not a party to the lawsuit involving the release of records compiled by NOACA in support of the Amazon bid. The issue of the release of the Amazon bid by the City is the subject of separate litigation pending before the Ohio Court of Claims. The City will not release its records at this time.” – City of Cleveland Law Director Barbara Langhenry

Any further public information regarding the Amazon proposal will be uploaded to the City of Cleveland’s public records management center.
