Biography
Joseph L. Weinberg was born in Omaha, Nebraska. Orphaned at an early age he was raised in the Jewish Orphanage.. He was president of of the Cleveland Chapter of the American Institute of Architects. He maintained an office at 1836 Euclid Avenue and resided at 2988 Ludlow Road. He was a member of the faculty of the Western Reserve University School of Architecture. He served as chief zone architect in the office of the Fifth Zone Constructing Quartermaster. He was a member of the firm of Morris & Weinberg (1923 - 1930) and later Weinberg, Teare & Herman and Weinberg, Fischer & Herman.
