The Neighborhood Revitalization Bureau assists the Department in putting vacant land back into productive use across the following offices:
- Asset Redevelopment Office
- Land Bank Office
This Bureau serves as the Department’s to develop and implement a strategy for the Land Bank, manage the Land Bank current inventory, oversee the Asset Redevelopment Office’s activities, and coordinate interdepartmental real estate efforts.
Programs
Asset Redevelopment
The Asset Redevelopment Strategist works collaboratively across City divisions and departments and with external partners to identify, create, and implement viable and proactive property redevelopment and disposition strategies that meet the City of Cleveland's goals.
Land Bank
The City of Cleveland’s Land Reutilization (Land Bank) Program is designed to acquire vacant land and market it to individuals, developers, and non-profit organizations for redevelopment. The goal is to contribute to the economic, social, and environmental betterment of Cleveland through the redevelopment of City-owned land.
