Due to essential maintenance and upgrades that are necessary to ensure the system's continued reliability and efficiency, the City of Cleveland’s Accela Permit and Licensing Portal will be unavailable from Wednesday, July 26 at 6 p.m. until Monday, July 31 at 6 a.m.
During this time online service portals will be inaccessible, service requests—such as permit applications, license renewals, and rental registrations—cannot be submitted online, access to online permit, license and rental application payments will be temporarily disabled, and online access to licenses and permits will be unavailable.
