On Saturday, November 19, 2022, Firefighter Johnny Tetrick was hit by a reckless driver and killed in the line of duty while responding to a motor vehicle crash on I-90 near Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. Firefighter Johnny Tetrick was assigned to Cleveland Fire Station 22, serving the Division of Fire for over 27 years.
Calling hours for Firefighter Johnny Tetrick will be held at Willoughby Hills Friends Church, 2846 Som Center Rd., in Willoughby Hills on Friday, Nov. 25, 2022, from 1-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. View obituary here.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 26, 2022, at 11 a.m. (doors open at 10 a.m.) at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse at 1 Center Court in Cleveland. Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse and the Gateway complex are uniquely equipped and prepared to be the site of the funeral service.
The service is open to the public.
