Community Development

The Director’s Office works to set the strategy for the Department of Community Development, drive relationships with our partners, and coordinate transformative projects.

Community Development Attorney

Assists the Department in contracting, compliance, and legal matters. If you need to request a release for a City of Cleveland loan or similar instrument, issued by the Department of Community Development.

Operation Office

The role of Operations Assistant assists the Director in the day-to-day management of the Department operations, such as scheduling, meeting support, liaison with IT Help Desk, and liaison with building maintenance.

Consultant Support

Periodically, the Department issues request for qualifications or requests for proposals for consultant support for department programs.

Personnel

The role of Personnel Administrator assists the director in processing payroll, filling vacancies within the Department, performing onboarding and off-boarding coordination, and liaising with the Department of Human Resources.
