The Program Operations Bureau assists the Department in program implementation needs for four offices:
- Training and Compliance
- Emerging Programs
- Legacy Programs
This Bureau develops program design, scope of services drafting, program monitoring, program reporting, and payment review. Manages strategic partnerships.
Programs

Universal Partner Grant Application
One application to replace the Social Services, Citywides, CDC, and Departmental partnerships RFP processes.

Training and Compliance
Sets Training standards for the positions in the Department, assists compliance design during program development and monitors program compliance.

Emerging Programs
Designs, implements, operates, and monitors new programs less than 3 years old.

Legacy Programs
Handles the day-to-day program needs of programs in existence for at least 3 years. and monitors programs less than 3 years old.
