Mission
- To provide advice and counsel to City officials, employees, members of Boards and Commissions, and volunteers on issues involving the application of ethics laws and navigating conflicts of interest
- To build and maintain an ethics and compliance program focused on educating City of Cleveland stakeholders in an effort to reduce and deter wrongdoing and acts of misconduct
- To enforce the City Ethics Policy along with applicable state and local ethics laws
- To strengthen policies, practices, and procedures across the City of Cleveland government that promote high standards of excellence, equity, efficiency, and effectiveness of City operations, services, and programs
