Cleveland Climate Action Plans

The Climate Action Plans

The City of Cleveland – Mayor's Office of Sustainability is proud to publish the updated community-focused Cleveland Climate Action Plan (CAP) and city-operations focused Municipal Action Plan (MAP)

These updated plans reflect Cleveland's commitment to addressing climate change, promoting sustainability, and advancing climate justice for all residents.

Both plans were developed with valuable input from residents, stakeholders, experts, and city employees, and will guide Cleveland's efforts toward a net-zero future. With a focus on equity, resilience, and community involvement, these plans serve as Cleveland’s roadmap to navigate the impacts of climate change while creating a sustainable, thriving city for all.
