This Substantial Amendment to the 2024-2025 Annual Action Plan amends 2024- Cleveland 2030: Housing Equity Plan- Affordable Housing project. Specifically, this substantial amendment increases the Housing Trust Fund program (RAH) from $2,999,701 to $6,999,701. The following section was amended to reflect this change: AP-35 Project 3 (Listed as 2 on the table of projects). This amendment also increases the number of Rental Units Rehabilitated from 70 to 170.
