February is Black History Month – a time to celebrate Black history, culture and excellence in Cleveland and across the country.  

The work of pivotal Cleveland-natives like Fannie Lewis, Carl B. Stokes, Garrett Morgan, and many others have shaped our city and nation.  

The City of Cleveland will honor Black History Month with a series of events centered around the theme, “A Salute to Blackness”. A full calendar of events are listed below:
