Cleveland Resident Construction Worker Requirement: 20%

Low-Income Cleveland Residents construction Worker Goal: 4% of 20%

Mentor/Protégé Program: (3) public or private sessions to small, Cleveland businesses in the nuances of insurance and risk management for construction companies to help build the knowledge base on: Insurance, Bonding, Risk Management, Construction Management, from subject matter experts. 

Apprenticeships: Developers or members of the Project team shall participate in an apprenticeship program and commit to at  least (2)  apprentices. 

Internships: Developer or members of Developer’s team shall provide (2) Internship opportunities for Northeast Ohio College Students that are City of Cleveland residents to work and learn the business of insurance.

Community Engagement: (3) Community Stakeholders’ meetings

  • December 12, 2024, Oswald hosted key nonprofit and community event on behalf of BVU; hosts its board meeting, board matching training and annual awards ceremony. This event officially opens the First Floor Community Center of Oswald Tower.
