Internships: Developer or members of Developer’s team shall provide (2) Internship opportunities for Northeast Ohio College Students that are City of Cleveland residents to work and learn the business of insurance.

- September 12, 2024, All day-company picnic at the Flats location for introduction for the neighborhood and area businesses.
- December 12, 2024, Oswald hosted key nonprofit and community event on behalf of BVU; hosts its board meeting, board matching training and annual awards ceremony. This event officially opens the First Floor Community Center of Oswald Tower.
